reinstall defragmentation tool

I tried to eliminate programs on my computer that i thought I wasn't using. I
seem to have uninstalled the program to defrag. Can I get it back? or
reinstall?

Start | Run | Type: regsvr32 dfrgui.dll | Click OK

Start | Run | Type: regsvr32 dfrgsnap.dll | Click OK

Then navigate to C:\Windows\Inf ...
Start | Run | Type: %windir%\inf | Click OK |
Locate dfrg.inf, right click on dfrg.inf and click on Install
