reinstall C:\WINDOWS\System32\mrtMngr.exe

When using Norton SystemWorks, this is a message I've
gotten ever since I've had this computer. I'd really
like to fix it and don't know how. Can someone help?

C:\WINDOWS\System32\mrtMngr.exe cannot access a necessary
file, mrtrate.dll.
