Reimaging XP

I have problem, I have about 50 with XP Oem versions. In case computer
are down I want to use one ghost image to reinstall system.

I read about Re-imaging Licensed, but I cannot buy full version Windows
XP VLK, just upgrade is available.
Is it only one way that after push image to machine I have to always
change Product Key to match previous key(preinstalled with machine)

But Acronis (http://www.acronis.com/) true image, install it and create a
boot cd. you can then image to and from the network. Do not forget to use
sysprep on your image, so you get unique domain members.
