Regular user is unable to install local printer

Good Day,

Regular users can't unstall local printers, I have to put them in the admin
group for them to get the option to install a local printer. I've checked
group policy, and local policy settings and nothing is blocking them from
installing device drivers or printes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use the group policy on the TS server and in there is an option to "allow
users to install/uinstall device drivers" under the local security setting.
You can take the users out of local admin group after that.
