Regular refreshing of network conncetion

Hi,
Here is my network setup.
i have static ip address range of 192.168.2.x which are used for my servers
while i have DHCP of 192.168.3.x
The problem i face is that users in the 192.168.3.x network tend to loose
connectivity to some of the servers on the network. After repairing network
connection, i am able to connect to the network servers. After a few hours, i
loose connection again. This goes on for some clients, while some others dont
get to repair the connection, they just simply wait a few minutes and the
connection to the server(s) is restored.
On the static IP address range however, i dont have any issue whatsoever.
The connection is very steady.
my entire network is 192.168.0.0/21
will appreciate all input on this as it is gradually running me bunkers here!

What OS are the servers running? The clients? How many clients, and how many
servers do you have?

Hi Chuck,

Thanks for the reply. Here are answers to your questions:
The majority of the servers run Windows 2003 Server. We have a server
running Red Hat Linux Enterprise version 4.
Our DHCP server, which is also the network gateway to the internet router is
a Mikrotik Router running Mikrotik Router OS 9.
The clients run Windows XP Pro (SP2)
The number of clients range between 100 - 150 (including active devices like
IP Phones, etc)
The number of servers is approx 10 in all.
