regsvr32.exe on Shutdown

When i shut down my lap top i get this error message
regsvr32.exe DLL. Any ideas

Are you running something similar to: regsvr32.exe /s "path to dll file"?
To verify go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
