Is it possible to have the OS on a read only flash drive and the registry on
a separate hard drive, or must the registry exist on the same drive as the OS?

Hi Rob,

Even if you could move other hive at least "system." hive file must be with OS.

What do you need to do, perhaps there is another way.

To be honest I'm not sure that it's a feature that we will ever need, but I
was asked to look into the possibility by my boss. Thanks for you assistance.
