Registry Key Values Changed: (2)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\PRinters\hp psc
1200 series\PrinterDriverData
Value "HPSTSSTR": binary data changed

I looked and looked but can not find HPSTSSTR
Also, there should be 2 changes according to the above so where is the
second change?

This is warning that one of your printers control library's
has been modified. Possibly caused by a partial upgrade of
the drivers, but not the control program. Your printer is an
Hewlett-Packard.
Look in the Hewlett packard software key for more info,
where the reference to this value may be mentioned. Then
look in the CLSID Values referenced for the called program,
and check for any disagreements.
