Malware Registry Changes

Spybot located two changes in my registry that may be due to Malware. What
is your take on this and what change do I need to make to each key to set
things right.
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1123561945-1677128483-1708537768-1004\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN\iexplorer.exe

The second key is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Serevicewscsvc\Start
