registry problem ????

hi, i have am running xp pro with mcafee security center.
for the last few days now the anti spyware program tells
me that it has detected the following:


TS CASH dialer

it has a registry key as:


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSI
ON\RUN : SYSUPD

it lets me clean it but i am unable to delete it. i run a
check everyday and each time it finds this.

also not sure if this is relevent but i put a new user on
my computer today and as i was doing so i noticed that
something had created a new user. this user was never
shown on the log on screen. any ideas??????? i never put
this user on my pc
