registry policy setting

Registry Policy Settings?

I'm trying to open an older word document created in office 2003. I get a
message saying I can't open it because it's blocked from opening this version
because of registry policy settings. Any idea how to change that?

Go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938810 and follow the instructions
under "Method 1" to download and run a file to restore the old policy.
