Registry keys

Is it possible to delete registry keys without loading xp. I have three keys
that were once spyware and i would like to delete them form the registry but
they won't leave. It just says that there was an error when i select them.

"Error Opening Key
Cannot open WinTools: Error while opening key."
there is the same exact error for:
TTOOL_UNINTALL
WinTools_ADKW
WinTools_ESIES

Try logging on as local administrator, take ownership, then delete.
