Registry keys and IE 6

Does anyone know which registry values are edited when
upgrading from IE 5 to 6?
After an upgrade on Win NT, some external application
still recognise the previous version of IE - this is not
happening on Win 2K
Any ideas greatly appreciated! )

Claire,

It might be more useful if you would give your symptoms explicitly
(e.g. transcribe any messages you are seeing) rather than just your
interpretation of them.

What result do you get from entering this in an Address bar:
javascript:navigator.userAgent

(Note: property name is case sensitive.)
