registry key deletion mistake, webpages not loading

When I ran a spyware program, it showed me some registry
keys that were connected to spyware as cookies or
others. It showed the location and some were in the
registry listing. I was careful to delete the correct
ones.
However, now my IE6 takes a looooong time to load up
pages, with a cable connection. Pages with graphics take
a long time. I have to refresh the page to sort of wake
up the browser to download the pictures.
As well, it refuses to put up the Hotmail sign in page as
my homepage. To get there, I have to take a back page
through Messenger..

I tried uninstalling IE6 to reinstall the whole program
again if I did delete something I shouldn't but I can
only uninstall the addon service packs, not the whole
IE6. How do I do that, and will it help..
