Registry Key Deleted

Hi
I have accidentally deleted the registry key HKLM/Software/Classes. Now the
System is not booting. Is there any way to rebuild the system. Or do I need
to reinstall the operating System.

No I am not able to Boot into any mode. Its only a black screen

I'm thinking that it might be easier and faster to reboot into the menu (hit
F8) and select "last known good configuration".

The OP said he tried all boot modes. Plus the LKGC only concerns the
Control Set, changes in the Software hive are not kept in the LKGC. But
by all means it still is a very good suggestion and worht a try!
