Registry Error at Startup

I get the following error "sometimes" when I start my PC:

-- One of the files containing the systems registry data had to be recovered
by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful. --

Can anyone help???

Thanks Kelly.

In the articles it talks about issues that do not allow you to boot in XP.
I am not having issues booting, just getting the error message of a registry
recovery.
Do I still need to go through everything listed? (Revovery console, recover
hive, etc)
