Registry entry for stealing focus

Does anyone know the registry entry that is modified for a particular
TweakUI setting. The setting is the one which prevents applications
from stealing focus. It's the checkbox under "General", "Focus",
labeled "Prevent applications from stealing focus"? My computer doesn't
have TweakUI but I am not permitted to install it (at work), but I want
to change this.

Can anyone help? TIA!

Hi Don,

Line 66 on the right here:

The key is HKCU/ControlPanel/Desktop, the foregroundlocktimeout string. Set
a high hex value to prevent it (Kelly uses 20000).
