Problem with invisible IE window stealing focus

D

Dame

Hello.
I have a very, very annoying problem with my XP SP2.
There is an invisible IE window that steals the focus from any window
that is active(mail client,notepad..etc).
This is an example of what is happening:
I have only 1 window running and on taskbar-Notepad and start writing
something and suddenly
the window loses focus and I have to click in it again to make it
active. The funny thing is that there are no other windows that could
take the focus,so I press alt+tab after the moment in which notepad
loses focus and Windows shows that there are 2 windows:notepad and
IE,but if i try to switch to the IE window nothing happens(as if the
ie window is invisible). After this I kill the iexplore.exe process but
it happens again in a few minutes and iexplore.exe is active again.
The machine is fully patched XP SP2 with Norton AV 2005 and MS
Antispyware with the latest definitions.
I have searched a lot on this topic, tried TweakUI(prevent from
stealing focus option) but still no results.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated since this is very annoying problem
while writing and email,documents,etc.

Regards,
DamjanD.
