Registry doesnt commit?

Hi,

I have installed some software inside an xpe image on a machine, and reboot
with fba -reboot, but the changes are not saved in the registry. I am not
using ewf, but i do have the ram drive component, and system cloning, which
is currently disabled until i complete the image.

Am i missing a component, or is there anyway to get it to save?
