Registry corruption?

I have a Win2K3 server with all the Windows Updates and
Terminal Services activated.

For the administrative user account that installed
everything, all works great. This is the same for one
additional administrative user. Aside from that, it is
nothing but problems. Upon logining into the machine as
any other user, including other administrators, it takes
forever for to get to the desktop. Then, once in, it's
obvious that the correct profile is not loaded. Registry
entries are incomplete compared to the two working
accounts and applications don't work properly.

I don't even know what to search for within the MS KB...
Any ideas as to what is going on? Would greatly
appreciate any assistance.

Check the EventLog on the server for error messages. If you see
"profile load" or "profile unload" errors, check if the UPHClean
utility helps:
