What is the default value of the (i think) d_word in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\Defrag\Command

It a REG_SZ (String) value and it should be

DEFRAG.EXE %1

As Bill pointed out, my utility will check for it, then allow you to add it
if its not found.
