That is not a default Windows key, but a customization to add defrag to the right click context menu for drives. Probably should be REG_SZ type, and DEFRAG.EXE %1 for the Data. You can get a little utility from MVP Doug Knox's web site to add or remove this setting, http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/context_defrag.htm.

It a REG_SZ (String) value and it should be

DEFRAG.EXE %1

As Bill pointed out, my utility will check for it, then allow you to add it
if its not found.
