All the search engines have a place for you to register, you just have to
look closely at the page (usually down at the bottom).
There are many services (some free, some you gotta pay) that will submit
your information to a zillion engines at a time, the freebies are usually
limited to 20-50 at a time...but some of the engines the submit to are
unheard of...so I usually like to do it manually and pick the engines to
submit to.
There are lists of search engines...do a google on it. There are search
engines that search the search engines
