Registering Windows XP

Seems to me I should be able to register it, but I can't
figure it out. None of the support info at the website
seems to relate to this. Anybody know how to do this?

"While Microsoft claims the CE does not represent any
particular meaning, it has been said that it stands for
Consumer Electronics (for the devices CE targets) or
Compact Edition. When you are really frustrated with a
particular problem or shortcoming you can refer to it as
Windows CE (Crippled Edition)"
 
To register go to Start->run and type "regwiz /r" (no quote marks)
 
Or, to teach this person to help themselves, use Start/Help and
Support/Search on "register windows".
