Register Windows (NOT activate)

I activated windows XP fine burt forgot to register windows. I know it isn't
necessary to register XP but I would like to.

Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

Click Start, Run and enter regwiz /r

You've already been told how, but I just wanted to point out that
registration is entirely for Microsoft's marketing purposes, and doesn't do
anything for you at all.
