Will Microsoft have a process where ISVs can 'register' their product?

The software product developed by my company needs to install a service
which causes the following dialog to appear:
'A Windows service requires your approval'

Is there a way to have a software product 'pre-approved' and have a link to
a web page that describes the product?

There is a process to get a piece of software listed as "known
spyware-free."

At present my understanding of how to initiate this process is as follows:

Go to this link:

http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/isv/cdform.aspx

and fill out the vendor dispute form.

Note that this form normally has the purpose of allowing a vendor which is
listed by Microsoft Antispyware, to dispute that listing.

However, as I understand it, this is also the place, during this beta, to
initiate a process to get an application listed as known spyware-free.
