Registeration name

Does anyone know how to change the registeration name on the compurt? I
bought it from someone and it has his name on it and I want my name on it
instead.

However since the computer is new to you, the best option may be to start
over with a Clean Installation:

This would eliminate all problems known and unknown as well as give you a
clean computer.
