Why update centre dont accept my maching run in win98se
and winxp pro.

not sure how to register my oem numbers. (dont ask me
numbers)

Likely because another system has the same numbers.
You may have to call the OEM.
 
I even contact microsoft on phone, they say oem is registered and cannot get sp1. an how to register my winxp number????????
