Register WWW search page

Where or how in Windows or Outlook do I register a World Wide Web search page
on my computer? Every time I click on the Internet icon in Outlook's toolbar
I get the error message "You do not have a World Wide Web search page
registered on your computer."

The URL IE uses for searching is found in the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Search Page
