Regional and Language Option problem

I set my computer's non-Unicode to Chinese already, and i am able to type
Chinese, and all the word in Chinese is display properly in most program,
except for: My Account Name on Start Menu, and all the song name display in
Windows Media Player 10, all the Chinese words are display in a square, this
problem really frusted me.

Anyone who know how to solve it?

FKK,

I assume you downloaded the Chinese version of Windows Media Player 10. If
not, do it here. That should fix that problem, hopefully.

My system work perfectly well last time with the same configuration, but i
did change something after i format and re-install all thing, I made changes
from Enlish to Chinese PRC in the non-Unicode setting, then after that, i
change back to Enlgish to install some software,and then i change it back to
Chinese PRC. After all those changes, the problem occour.

My Windows Media Player 10 is English Version, and it works well last time
