Chinese language

Dear group member,
Im currently using Win XP SP1 and office 2003. My problem
is that I can view any chinese character either in the
internet or any other application. I had selected the
neccessary chinese option in the regional and language
option. I can type chinese word in the MS word. But
whenever i view chinese website, i will get garbage. Can
anyone help ?

Go to View -> Encoding -> Chinese _____ (Simplefied or Traditional). The
system will tell you to donlaod it. Click Download or OK.
