I am attempting to change permissions to a part of the registry for users
when they log into windows

regini \Registry\Users\User_SID\Software\Classes\CLSID [1 5 11 17 21]

When I run this command I get errors and cannot figure out why I continue to
get errors.

REGINI: Failed to load from file '\Registry\Users\Software\Classes\CLSID' (3)
Any Help would be appreciated.
