Regini.exe problems...

Hello, I a have been working on customizing some settings on our machines and
have found out about Regini.exe and its ability to set permissions on
Registry Keys.

Here is an example of what I am running...

Fix.INI
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intuit [7]
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\QuickBooks.CoLocator [7]
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\QuickBooks.CoLocator.1 [7]
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{E53C85D6-E6D9-4BCF-A623-72062A99AA7F} [7]

This ini file is called by a BAT file with the syntax of :
regini c:\fix.ini

I have run this while in a DOS window to see if any errors show up, there
are none.
What happens is, the first key, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intuit gets
changed to "Full Control, Everyone", while the other 3 keys remain completely
unchanged. I am running this as the Domain Administrator and getting no
errors. Any ideas as to why the other three keys do not get changed?
Thanks for any info in advance!
