I cannot get to Regedit and the Registry. I go to run,
regedit and it comes up for a split second and

Does the same thing happen with msconfig? Go to start | run. Type in
msconfig. Hit ok.

Also with task manager, do ctrl+alt+del. If both of these flash and
disappear it means you are infected with a worm. There are at least
three that do this:

Hi,

Depending if your system is clean or not: rename regedit.exe to regedit.com
and carry on in case this is something you are trying to correct and more.
Other than that, run the edit on line 275:
