regedit & task manager closing directly

Hi,

One of the machine in my company is doing strange things:


When you try to open regedit or task manager, the window appear for 2 or 3
seconds then the application is closing.

regedt32 is working well.

Does anybody know something about this?

Virus maybe?

I scanned my machine and rebooted without success.

Thanks for any help.

nothing special

I purged all messages , reboot and tried to launch more than once task
manager and regedit, ... nothing in the logs
