Regedit Message appears at windows vista startup

Everytime I start windows vista, a regedit box appears telling me that I need
to approve a change. This message is for hp quick launch buttons. I approve
this. Everytime I start windows I have to approve this. How can I make this
stop?

Check your your startup programs for a link to a .reg file.

Start > msconfig > Startup (tab) (esp. the 'Command' column)
