RegEdit has been disabled

Some idiot has dialled into my pc changed my homepage
settings, and now i cant getinto reg edit to change it
back to normal. when i type regedit in run, it says '
registry editing has been disabled by your systems
administrator' help!

If you can get into user accounts, change you (as a user) t
administator which you should be anyway. delete any other strange use
accounts and go from there. Then download spywareblaster, ad-aware6
spybot and run them all. I use trend micro pc-cillin 2003 to repe
attacks also. If you can't be an administrator of your own PC the
someone else on this site will have to tell you how to gain control.
