regedit.exe problem!

When i try to run regedit.exe i receive this message:
Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.

I'm the administrator and i never disabled it. So now how
i can enable it. Thanks
..

Use the Group policy editor
%windir%\system32\gpedit.msc
User Config\Admin Templates\System\Prevent Access To registry Editing Tools
= "Not Configured"
