regedit & disabling ctrl-alt-del

Where in the registry can I toggle off the ability for a user to use
control-alt-delete?
 
Good question; I just saw a computer with XP that
wouldn't let me cnt/alt/del when I needed to in order to
get a virus to halt. So I'd like to know how to turn
that sucker back ON !

Start/run gpedit.msc

User config/admin templates/system/ctrl+alt+delete options.
