I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS IT POSSIBELE TO INSTAL IIS IN WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION

The all caps is unnecessary, it is considered yelling and hard on the eyes.
To help you with your problem goto Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or
Remove Programs > and on the left side of the window you should see
Add/Remove Windows Components. Click on that and there you can enable IIS.
Hope this helps...

No you won't see it there - IIS is not part of HOME edition.

Thank you very much for helping with my problem. And I am extremely sorry for
writing in caps, would also like u to know that i didn't mean to yell at any
one. The caps happenend to be ON, I didn't notice.

Thank you and Sorry once again
