Regarding sound card Drivers

hello all,

i have p4 Pc. i have installed windows XP.
my pc have all inbuilt like VGA, Sound etc...

I Have installed all drivers from motherboard CD which
provieded by company..


in that im not able install sound drivers properly.. im
getting this mesg :

error Id : 0x800x0256
remedy id : 0x00000000

i hope i will get solution for this from u people.
tell me what is the problem. where i did wrong..

Go to the website named in your MB manual and download the latest XP
drivers.
