regarding powerdvd s/w problem

dear sir
i am facing problem in powerdvd s/w only inwindows
xp home edition .the problem was when i about play a dvd
or vcd on powerdvd an error report is arising.
 
Hi,

Take the error report (start/run eventvwr.msc and check the application
logs) and consult with PowerDVD support.
