Regarding Active X

When I run the broadband check-up program provided by my ISP A message pops
up: Your current settings prohibit Active X on this page. The page may not
load properly.

Can you remedy this, I have messed around with my internet options (in
control panel/security center) but have not had any success can you help.

In Internet Explorer, click the tools menu then internet options, click the
security tab and then click the default level button.

If the security level is set to high then it will be blocking active x
controls, set the security level to medium, this should rectify your problem
and allow active x controls to download.

Hope that helps ?

I have even tried setting it to low but still it says same thing something is
seriously wrong here. I have ran all malware scans and removed it all, have
cleaned my registry and cleaned my pc and freed up 2.5GB in the process. I am
at my wits end.

Any more possible remedies would be great. Thank you.
