Reg key to delete swap file on exit ?

I used to know this but of course . . .

to aid security and i guess also eliminate any need to defrag the swap file
there was a reg key you set to 1 so everytime you closed windows
(think any version but definetly XP) it would delete the current one
and set it up from scratch on boot.

Added a second or two to close down but seems a good idea to me

thanks

The file is started over at each boot, so apart from rare corruption
there is no need to delete at close. If you are seriously concerned at
someone accessing the machine with an independent system in between, the
setting can be made in Pro by Control Panel - Admin Tools - Local
Security Policy (Local Policies - Security Options and on the right
Shutdown - clear virtual memory pagefile)
