Reg hack for expanding drop-down menus

Is there a reg hack to eliminate the supspended or
expanding option on menus in Win2k such as in Word or
explorer. I would like to see all of my menus and not have
to click on arrows to expand my menus all of the way.
 
They are stored in different places. Easier to just use the "check
boxes" to turn off that "feature" 'ie. R-click taskbar, properties,
Uncheck "Use personalized menus" or in the Office apps Tools, Customize,
Options, Uncheck the Menu associated boxes. (This information is also
avaialble in Windows and Office Help by looking up menus)
