Expanding Menus

Is there a way to eliminate the need to click on the double arrows to expand
menus? Meaning to have the menus expanded all the time.

Hi Ted -

Go to Tools>Customize, click the Options tab (if necessary) and put a check
in the box to 'Always show Full Menus'.
