REG EDIT LOCKED!!!!

im trying to fix my computer but i need to add some
registrys so i go to run then type regedit but then a
error box comes up and says

Registry Editor Has been locked by your administrator

but im using the admisistrator account anyone no how to
unlock it?!?!?!?
