refreshrate in Users and Computer instead of pressing F5 to refresh

Hello

Can I setup an refreshrate to that information in Users and Computers
updates faster so i don't have to press F5 (refresh)?

No. There is no auto-refresh functionality in Active Directory Users and
Computers.
