Refreshing on new record

I have a form to create downtime recording. I select a department and then
when I move on to the section it shows only the sections associated to this
department. Everything works fine on the first input but when I move to next
record and change department the section remains the same as the previous
record. If I close the form and start again it all works fine again.
Frustratingly I know there is an easy answer.
Thanks in advance for any help.
 
It does work sorry - I was requerying wrong comco box - help appreciated
