REFRESHING FORMS USED IN WORD

I HAVE CREATED SEVERAL FORMS IN WORD FOR REPETITIOUS DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE THEN
FILLED IN BY VARIOUS USERS WHENEVER REQUIRED. IS THERE A WAY TO REFRESH
THESE FORMS WITHOUT EXITING WORD AND THEN REENTERING THE FORM TO FILL IN THE
NEXT ONE?
 
DON'T SHOUT!
Save the forms as templates then create new documents from them.
