Refresh screen

Thanks - thats the time part - do you know of a way i can refresh a
excel worksheet. Basically my workbook reads cells from another when i
opens but these cells are continually changing and i need my workbook t
keep updating while it is open

To force a calculation, hit F9. If the linked to workbook is open at the same
time it should be calculating constantly, except when the quantity of
forumlas gets large excel will sometimes not be able to calculate right away
so the word calculate will appear along the bottom of the excel window,
indicating you need to hit F9 at to refresh your worksheet.
